Inko: Invoice Maker & eSign

Who uses Inko

Built for whoever sends the invoice themselves

Same document, different line items.

One engine, four workflows

A developer bills in milestones, a designer in rounds, a tradesman on the spot. The app underneath is the same, so these pages are about the workflow, not about different features.

Bill in the currency the client pays in

Inko carries ninety one currencies, from the pound, euro and dollar to the zloty, dirham, rand and tenge. You set the one your business bills in, and a price book item can carry a different one when you buy materials abroad.

The estimate is the useful part

Quote first, get it signed, convert it to an invoice when the work is done. The signature is what stops the argument about what was agreed, and the conversion is what stops you typing the same lines twice.

Nothing routes through us

No account, no server holding your documents, no cut of what you get paid. The app makes the PDF and you send it however you already send things.
